Welcome to Exonia

Hello, and welcome to the Realm of Exonia!

We are a starting community to create our unique world, so this text might change over time with tips, tricks and guiding pointers for new players to go towards. But for now, if you have any questions, do ask the Keeper or Oracle for any questions :). A New Players Guide is in construction so I do encourage you to ask the staff with any questions.

So what is Exonia?

The Realm of Exonia, a magical world that is mostly unexplored at the beginning of our stories. Because it all starts in the city of Alderworth, a city that has earned its name the Citadel by its favorable position and high walls that reach up to the mountains of the Barren Tips. The city merges perfectly into the countryside from the green fields of the Giant Armadillo Valley into the dangerous Barren Tips mountains to the north. The city has about 80% of humans and when you go to the more expensive areas you will find Ithiris that makes up the remaining 20% of the city population. The city is ruled by a wise and strong viscountess named Euphrasia Constance Aldithley, many know her the Mage of Alderworth, but few know that she is actually not a Mage but a Warlock, a forbidden class in the realm of Exonia. The year of Exonia is currently 139 Tralirs (another word for the year).

Okay, what are Alderworth districts?

The city is cut in four pieces, to the north you will find the more fancy, noble houses with expensive clothing, trades, and good positions. This district is known to the people as the North Creolluc, here is where the city ruling takes place. To the east, you will find Tresp east, together with Drirrilf Hill that lays in the south functions primary as the housing of the citizen of Alderworth. Drirrilf Hill also functions as the main farmers' land that provides the city with food and lumber. To the west, you will find Dreok Cross, the entrance to a large merchant and trade area where the industry is in its flourishing moment.

What kind of classes can I be?

The following classes are allowed at Exonia:
  • Fighter Brave and stalwart, the fighter is a master of all manner of arms and armor. And this is a really long description that definitely goes over onto another line. Fighters are allowed to use medium or heavy armor if they desire.
  • Rangers A tracker and hunter, the ranger is a creature of the wild and of tracking down his favored foes. Rangers are allowed to use light and medium armor if they desire.
  • Rogue The rogue is a thief and a scout, an opportunist capable of delivering brutal strikes against unwary foes. Rogues are allowed to use light armor if they desire.
  • Sorcerers The spellcasting sorcerer is born with an innate knack for magic and has strange, eldritch powers. Sorcerers are allowed to use light armor if they desire.
  • Druids The druid is a worshiper of all things natural – a spellcaster, a friend to animals, and a skilled shapechanger. Druids are allowed to use light armor if they desire.
  • Artificer The Artificer is a class with a tool for every job and a solution to every problem. Artificer is allowed to use medium or heavy armor if they desire.
  • Paladin The paladin is the knight in shining armor, a devoted follower of law and good.
  • Cleric A devout follower of a deity, the cleric can heal wounds, raise the dead, and call down the wrath of the gods.
These require staff permission:
  • Bard The bard uses skill and spell alike to bolster his allies, confound his enemies, and build upon his fame.
These are forbidden:
  • Wizard The wizard masters magic through constant study that gives him incredible magical power.
  • Warlock Practicing magic in secret, the warlock obscures her arcane scholarship from public view. Her study of these arts allows her to hide her dual nature and enchant her enemies—or simply blast them with furious magical attacks.
